CONCEPT & CHALLENGE
The restaurant meanly catering online orders for 45+ people, most of the customers will be retired elders who might not able to drive around. Therefore, the fast and flexible delivery time are very important for the customers. Online live chat feature and phone call service are very necessary to have for better communication experience with the customers as well.
Since the target customers are ages 45+ people, who learn and understand things slower than before. I had the order process guide on the home page for customers to understand how to order in a clear and easy way.
The main focus of the project is to let customers to have easy and joyful experience to place online orders with fast delivery service.
